Rain....will it ever end?

The past couple of days it has been raining before lunch & not stopping until 6pm. Needless to say it puts a damper in our plans. The kids have been bored that it seems like they were in trouble all day. They pestered each other so much that I really hope there is NO RAIN in tomorrows forecast. I did manage to do some couponing today and I got some items for free. This makes the happy ending of the day.

Preston's 9 Years Old Today

I say, "FINALLY" my son is actually 9 yrs old. Why you ask, well I have a great answer. He had his 1st party June 4th at Jump Zone then his 2nd party June 26th at Meemaw & Peepaw's house. The day of both his parties and today he would tell me "But I'm the Birthday Boy". I am not sad that this day will soon be over and that my baby is 9 yrs old. I came to terms with it 4 weeks ago.

Our Big Move

As my husband would say "It took 11 years" and finally after all this time I can call myself a "Florida Girl". It will be a week tomorrow since the kids & I have been in the sweet little town of Mims, Florida. The kids already have tan lines. Me on the other hand has been trying to get things organized & get the kids on a schedule. It's been hard & I'm praying I can get all of it accomplished without going insane.

My "To Do List":

-Swimming Lessons for the Kids

-Sewing Lessons for ME

-Gym Membership (b/c I will get my body back after having 2 kids & 4 surgeries)

-New Drivers License

-Register Preston for Home Schooling (hoping I have the patience to achieve this goal)

-MANI/PEDI (I sooooo need a little ME time)

-Keep my Blog updated (I realized it has been over a year since I posted)

-Organize, Organize, Organize......to make my life simpler
